About Me

Meet Raza, a native Houstonian who is an accomplished lawyer and entrepreneur. Even before attending law school in Austin, Raza had a passion for entrepreneurship and was already involved in the operations of several small businesses. He firmly believes that the law is an essential tool that enables businesses to thrive, which led him to pursue a career in law.

After law school, Raza gained valuable experience by working for several firms in Dallas, Austin, and San Francisco. However, he knew that he wanted to offer his clients a unique perspective, one that combines his legal expertise with his entrepreneurial experience. This led him to found RAM Law Firm, where he specializes in serving as the “entrepreneur’s lawyer.”

Raza’s previous business experience, combined with his legal expertise, provides him with a unique understanding of his clients’ needs. He has a knack for crafting solutions that not only address his clients’ immediate legal needs but also set them up for long-term success.

When he’s not busy practicing law, Raza enjoys watching UT football (Hook ’em!), spending time with his wife, two sons, and daughter and exploring the many attractions Houston has to offer.
